Before you ask for a refund
If you have purchased the Service and you are experiencing a technical issue with our platform we’ll be happy first to help you troubleshoot your problem.
Asking for refund
We understand that sometimes there are glitches, nothing is perfect, and that may be circumstances in which a refund is warranted. In this case, here are the circumstances in which we would expect to provide you with a refund:
Resolving disputes - There are no such thing as "Disputes"
If we do not provide the service you paid for, you are immediately refunded. Plain and simple.
However there are several circumstances which can lead us not to provide refunds. See below.
- You have lost your internet connection and your work creation has not been saved. We encourage to ALWAYS, and once you made modifications to your work, to save it! Even if something goes wrong, the project will still be saved on the server and you can later work on it.
- You are using unlicensed material: icons, images, sounds and songs! DO NOT use until you are licensed to (except the case you're using free items)!
- You are trying to break the paid plan quota.
- You are not enough experienced to use our application / platform. Even so, this case should be very very rare! Once you landed on our platform, we assume you know what Virtual Tours mean and how they are produced.
- WE have an external issue which is not our fault - example, the server is down due to a technical issue. Even if we do provide the service, we have no influence on the server provider. However, we can discuss and get an agreement.
